Trebor was great on the day my husband and I went to buy our car. He was personable and friendly. A couple weeks later we called him back to try and buy an additional vehicle and could not get a call back. Trebor was an amazing help, he wasn’t pushy at all, and sat us down, went over exactly what we were looking for and what was within our budget. As we were looking over the vehicles we displayed. In-depth knowledge of the features, specs and information on each make and model so we were able to compare what we were getting between each different model and year of vehicle. Recently purchased a Discovery 5 from them. Working with Tyler made the entire experience just as smooth and hassle free as you could want. When everything was done he even signed us up for a off road trip with the dealership which was a lot of fun. Even though I didn’t buy my Land Rover Discovery Sport through them, everyone I dealt with was super helpful! I shopped around for a good extended warranty and went with theirs, which was both the most comprehensive and least expensive. Heather in finance, who helped with the warranty, was great!

I’ll have to say, as with any new experience with a car repair facility, I was a bit skeptical, BUT that faded quickly and I had a great experience with Land Rover Colorado Springs. Very responsive and they handled my issue (leaking windshield) quickly. I appreciated that they worked to find the quickest solution and made the experience as convenient as possible.
This was the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a car. We inquired about a used car online and were contacted within 15 minutes. They had pulled the car up for us before we even arrived. Even parked in their service center because it started to rain. We were in and out of there within an hour. The service at Red Noland Land Rover is the best of ANY business I have ever dealt with. Imagine being broken down on a remote mountain road @ 11,000' in Colorado. In fact, THE WORST 4WD road in Colorado. You have your family and dog with you, dark is setting in and you have no way to descend. You call your Land Rover dealership to see if there is a temporary fix for the problem to get you down. Instead they tell you to set up camp, stay warm and await the rescue mission. I was visiting Colorado yesterday from Oklahoma. As I was driving down Pikes Peak my sensor came on that said engine coolant low. I was planning on heading back to OK right away so I called Land Rover in Colorado Springs and they told me to stop by. About 45 minutes after I arrived I had my engine coolant topped off, my windshield wiper fluid topped off, my car washed, my floors vacuumed and my rubber floor mats washed all at no charge. Bought my full size Discovery from Kevin Heim , Kevin was awesome to work with. He was never too pushy , he worked on my behalf to get me a the best deal. Even when they made mistake on quoting me a price, both Kevin and Rob honored what they quoted me. Kevin even took time to explain on the features of new disco and has followed up with a call every week , even though bought the SUV in November. We were traveling in from Kansas City when the alternator in our '06 RRS S/C started to fail. This was on July 3rd, unfortunately. We called service and they were able to get us in on the 5th and back on the road. Amazing! Also - big thanks for selling aftermarket parts so I didn't have to pay $900+ for an OEM alternator. That's a pretty expensive part! (yes, they offer a warranty on the non-OE parts as well!) Huge thank you for getting us in and taking care of us!
A huge thank you to Luke and the entire service team for accomodating me on such short notice! I called on Friday evening (around 5:30pm) about a nail in the back right tire of my 2003 Land Rover Discovery II. I was able to drop off my SUV Saturday morning (at 8:00am) and drive out of the lot before 1:00pm with the issue resolved. The tire was patched and Luke kept me updated the entire time via phone.
