Curtis was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle via text. I felt that Land Rover was truly concern with the problem and quality of work on my LR3. The work was not rushed and I did not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me.
I came in to just get some info and Deon was very helpful. I was looking at a Land Rover or Jeep Grand Cherokee and if I was buying a Land Rover or Jaguar I would work with her. Jeep was actually much nicer and I got the 707hp grand Cherokee with raising and lowering suspension, fully electronic dash and everything you could want for the price of a base Land Rover with half the power. I would highly recommend this dealership but Jeep is just way too nice to have bought here

We were traveling in from Kansas City when the alternator in our '06 RRS S/C started to fail. This was on July 3rd, unfortunately. We called service and they were able to get us in on the 5th and back on the road. Amazing! Also - big thanks for selling aftermarket parts so I didn't have to pay $900+ for an OEM alternator. That's a pretty expensive part! (yes, they offer a warranty on the non-OE parts as well!)Huge thank you for getting us in and taking care of us!
A huge thank you to Luke and the entire service team for accomodating me on such short notice! I called on Friday evening (around 5:30pm) about a nail in the back right tire of my 2003 Land Rover Discovery II. I was able to drop off my SUV Saturday morning (at 8:00am) and drive out of the lot before 1:00pm with the issue resolved. The tire was patched and Luke kept me updated the entire time via phone. Also, the staff on the showroom floor were welcoming. Thank you to the Red Noland team!
