When you slide into the back seat of a 2026 Range Rover equipped with Executive Class seating, you are not sitting in an SUV anymore. You are sitting in something closer to a private jet cabin — with individually reclining seats, hot stone massage functions, an 8-inch touchscreen controller built into the armrest, and up to 48 inches of rear legroom. For Colorado buyers who routinely make long mountain drives between Colorado Springs, Denver, Vail, and beyond, the question is not whether it is luxurious.
When an American woman competes at the highest level of international rally-raid racing behind the wheel of a Land Rover Defender, it sends a powerful message to every Colorado adventure driver: capability like this is born from a DNA that never compromises.
Colorado’s I-70 corridor from Denver to Vail represents one of America’s most challenging winter drives. Between Morrison (Mile Point 259) and Gypsum (Mile Point 140, this 126-mile stretch climbs through the Eisenhower Tunnel at over 11,000 feet elevation, delivering unpredictable weather, steep grades, and conditions that can shift from clear to chain-law enforcement in minutes. When ski reports flash “chains required,” most drivers pull over. Range Rover Sport drivers keep climbing.
Range Rover has unveiled its most striking and exclusive SUV yet – the Range Rover SV Black.
